Job Description
• Perform invoice payments
• Update a payment reconciliation file to keep track of payments and bank balances
• Check employee expense claims on a monthly basis
• Support the process of funding requests to the investor in cooperation with other team members
• Responsible for general filing and scanning of documents
• Responsible for minor administrative and clerical duties
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Help with external and internal reporting requirements
• Other duties as needed to support the Finance team and Company staff

応募資格

Requirements
• Payment processing experience
• Diligent staff who does detailed and accurate work
• Native Japanese and reading/writing English mandatory, intermediate English
• Dynamic and strong work ethic
• Flexible in doing multiple tasks
• Team player and good communication skills
• Knowledge of accountancy and skills in bookkeeping would be a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently to achieve optimal results

• Conduct one-self in a professional manner
