Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers. Key Responsibilities
1.Performs monthly, quarterly close activities
2.Reviews reconciliations provided by IBM
3.Prepares and inputs journal entries and assigns accounting classifications to various records and transactions within established procedures and policy, mainly routine transactions.
4.Prepares account analysis of limited complexity
5.May assist with the interpretation of reports and records for managers. I.e. Balance Sheet Reviews, BLE reporting/analysis, and other reports.
6.Maintains desktop-procedure for his/her own duties/responsibilities, may act as back-up.

1.Responsible for several areas of financial accounting (mainly AR plus Fixed Assets etc.)
2.Supervise the monthly/quarterly and year-end closing process for responsible areas
3.Prepare financial reporting package for responsible areas
4.Provide accounting support and consultation for business units/ operations
5.Perform/supervise account reconciliation for responsible areas
6.Develop and implement policies and ensure compliance and consistency in policies for responsible areas
7.Proceed with process standardization in collaboration with Global/Regional Process Owners and peers in other regions
8.Work on global as well as local projects
9.Supervise BPO processes(Dalian、Bangalore)

応募資格

  • 4+ years of experience in accounting/ financial analysis & reporting
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with good business sense(Judgement skill)
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Team player working closely with international staff
  • Fluent in Japanese and good command in English (TOEIC 800+)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced use of function “VLOOKUP”, “pivot table” and “sum if”)8.Experience in ERP operation (SAP) a plus
