A SAP and Point of Sale super user.  Your role will be to act as a liaison between the user community and the US based business and Information Technology support team located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  You will investigate and clarify business requirements when requesting system changes, once changes are developed you will be responsible for testing the changes and ensuing a successful implementation.

 

  • SAP Purchasing & Warehouse Management– your areas of support will be Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Management.
  • Sales area - specific experience in SAP pricing, product availability and intercompany sales
  • AP purchasing & warehouse management: purchasing processes and Inventory Management along with understating how supply interacts with demand in MD04, and master data objects.
  • Manage 2 staff (1 in Japan, 1 in Australia)
  • Liaise with global IT team to successfully implement global IT projects
  • Understand local IT infrastructure needs.  Closely work with APAC CFO to plan and budget to implement such needs.

 

応募資格

  • Minimum 4 years experiences in SAP
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Retail business
  • 3 – 5 years management experiences
  • Experience as a superuser of SAP is a must
  • Strong English skills (both written and verbal) are required Team player and ability to build partnerships and to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Good communication skill in both Japanese and English
  • Flexibility to meet requirements from changing environment and willingness to improve the business
  • Strong sense of compliance and internal control
  • Proactive and act as a solution provider
  • Coach and develop two team members (at least 3-5 years people manager experiences preferred)
