・Provide financial advisory services to clients in the life science/healthcare/sports fields at all stages of the M&A lifecycle, including support for formulating M&A strategies, support for M&A execution, and support for formulating integrated strategies after M&A execution.
　・Main clients are as follows
　　Life science: Pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, specialized wholesalers, etc.
　　Healthcare: Medical institutions, nursing care providers, local governments, etc. Other
　　sports: Various associations/leagues, government offices/municipalities, etc.
　　*Others : We provide services to clients in a wide variety of industries in the above areas.

・Our main services are as follows:
Support for M&A strategy formulation, Discovery of M&A candidate companies, Support for formulation of M&A execution structure (in collaboration with the tax accountant corporation within the company).

Recommended qualifications
① Investment banks, financial institutions, M&A boutiques, PE funds, consulting firms, and other professional firms. (Experience supporting clients in the life science/healthcare field is a plus)
② Those who have experience in M&A work in the finance department/corporate planning department of a business company or financial institution.
③ Those who have experience in structured finance/project finance at a financial institution
④ Those who have experience in financial analysis and consulting at an audit firm, tax accountant corporation, etc.
⑤ Corporation Those who have experience in coverage work for customers, and who have knowledge and relationships in specific industries (preferably in the life science/healthcare field)
