Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners, and stakeholders to:
• Implementation and technical support for enterprise cloud (Azure, AWS) services
• Automation tasks using tools, including cloud-native services and CI/CD
• Tenant Organizational level cloud services, CI/CD platform construction, operation and maintenance
• Operational design, construction, operation and maintenance of various resources on the cloud, and project participation as appropriate
• Establishment and updating of best practices and standards for cloud services
• Lead and collaborate with Cloud Center of Excellence partners to design, develop, maintain, and automate the delivery of Azure/AWS cloud workload/application platforms.
• Create and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms.
• Liaise with external vendors and technology partners such as Microsoft, SAP, etc. with Accenture. to lead and collaborate with other technical teams and enable stakeholders to speed up their adoption of the cloud with self-service automation.
• Establish and update local standards and best practices within own technical area.
• Own the technical relationship with key stakeholders and partner teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology.
• Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of cloud or on-premises IT infrastructure construction, operation and maintenance, SRE experience
• Practical experience in Azure cloud or CI/CD platform construction, operation and maintenance
• Language: Both non-technical and technical positions Ability to communicate in written and verbal Japanese with other people * JLPT N4 equivalent or above. English and other languages are also preferred if possible.
Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT Infra and/or Cloud SRE.
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining Azure Cloud and/or Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of technical and non-technical employees.
• Business written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. Expected JLPT N4 up. English and other languages will be a PLUS.
Desired Skills:
• IT experience in the distribution/consumer goods industry
• Work experience as a Windows Server or Linux server administrator *Experience managing Azure or AWS tenants or organizations is a plus
• Infrastructure-as-Code Experience with cloud/CI/CD platforms such as
Azure, AWS cloud PaaS/IaaS and CI/CD platforms.

Preferred:
• Possesses wide technical knowledge and experience in cloud service, SRE, administrative of servers. Having experience in organization-level experience in Azure and/or AWS will be PLUS.
• Experience delivering modern technology stacks using the cloud, such as Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with below is PLUS: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Entra ID, and Azure VNet, Express route.
• Have a good understanding of the FMCG business and be able to discuss the business implications of technology decisions.
