In the Corporate Finance Department (CF), which boasts a high reputation and track record in the M&A advisory field, we are responsible for promoting professional work, including research work for discussions and proposals with clients, assistance in preparing proposal materials for clients, and management of project results. This is a specialized position in which you will be responsible for the work.
Currently, the Knowledge Service team has three types of work: research work, production work, and legal work, and we are looking for people with experience in research work and legal work.
■Legal services:
Support services for M&A project teams' practical reviews based on knowledge of legal aspects related to M&A transactions (Companies Act, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc., TSE regulations, etc.)
- Support for internal reviews in M&A, etc. Summary of issues
- Support for case summaries of M&A, etc.
- Persons with experience in legal practice related to M&A at a law firm, corporate legal department, etc. (paralegal, etc.)
* Application qualifications/experience
(1) Junior/fourth university graduate or above
(2) Any age
(3) Those with English skills who can conduct business are very welcome (not required)
