Our client in Tokyo, Japan, is searching for a human resources professional to join their APAC Team. This role will contribute to the company's performance by managing HR operations and collaborating with business managers to enhance team leadership, motivation, and development.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree
Native level Japanese and business-level fluency in English
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
HR Operations experience in an international environment
Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and industry best practices
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and a strong attention to numbers and detail
Knowledge of Workday, Google Suites, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
