Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the business cycle, including requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and market research. You will work closely with client's teams to align business goals and requirements and ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and define business goals in alignment with client's specific needs
- Support requirements management and change management processes
- Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making
- Model and design business processes to enhance efficiency
- Perform cost benchmarking to assess competitiveness
- Conduct market research
- Elicit and document stakeholder requirements for projects
- Compile and organize comprehensive reports by assigning data, technical elements, and large datasets to appendices for clarity
- Create processes and training materials for stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare design and construction documents using updated templates
- Facilitate contract execution
- Process contracts through PIMMS and Buganizer
- Track and expedite Purchase Order workflows
- Oversee invoice/payment processing for design contracts
- Support new systems (SAP, Ariba, and cashflow), troubleshoot issues, and provide general assistance
- Provide monthly updates and perform monthly maintenance of the PM tracker
- Assist in training new employees for Contracts, POs, PIMMS, and PMT workflows
- Establish supplier onboarding and risk monitoring processes in company documentation
- Assess Suppliers' PLC deliverables for new product introductions
- Create and uphold a procedure library (companydocs) for equipment standards, MPOs, and quality services
- Host meetings with Suppliers for PLC deliverables, action items, and bug reviews
- Manage Bugs and Quality and Oversee bug reviews
- Provide tools access, document processes, and develop training guides
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of data center experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
