The consulting department has approximately 300 people, including many mid-career employees. In order to improve the sophistication of our clients' CFO functions, we provide upstream services ranging from overall planning to organizing business requirements in the fields of strategy, BPR, and performance. Clients will be engaged in consulting in the following areas, targeting major global companies to mid-sized companies.
As a business consultant in the financial and accounting field, you will be engaged in consulting in the following areas.
◆ Accounting work improvement and sophistication services
- support for formulating ideal accounting work concepts
- accounting work efficiency, standardization support, early settlement support, construction and maintenance of financial data analysis services, operational support, settlement digital platforms (BlackLine, etc.) ) Concept ~ Implementation support
/ Accounting system (ERP/consolidated Sys, etc.) Concept ~ Implementation support
/ Electronic bookkeeping method / Invoice system support
/ Business efficiency support with leverage applications (PQ / PP etc.)
