Controlling & Reporting
- Conduct periodical sales analysis and reporting to the management and headquarters. (Weekly / Monthly report and ad-hoc reports)
- Support controlling to ensure compliance of the company’s operation (Internal control / Risk management / Contract management).
Budget / Forecast Preparation
- Support the frequent preparation and coordination of budgets and forecasts (best estimates, revised forecasts, landing, etc) in line with corporate instructions.
- Support strategic planning activities through the analysis and monitoring of economic situation and retail market trend.
Budget Monitoring / Monthly closing
- Monitor and analyze the variance of sales / expense and report to each department heads, managements and headquarters
- Support inventory, gross margin and profitability analysis
- Perform monthly analysis and prepare analytical explanation on actual vs. forecast for headquarters. Also support any ad-hoc requests from headquarters.
Others
- Serve as the finance business partner for front end operation team with respect to financial analysis and decision support.
- Not only provide insightful analytics to highlight risks & opportunities but Business Planning & Control Manager, etc.)
応募資格
- University graduate
- MBA/CPA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning & business analysis in multinational company.
- Knowledge in retail / fashion or FMCG is preferable.
- Strong analytical with a pro-active and problem-solving attitude
- Strong PC skills (Excel, Power point)
- Experience in BI tools is a plus
- Very good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to develop good work relationship with all other departments
- Positive mindset, proactive, agile, self-motivated and team oriented
- High attention to details as well as ability to draw a big picture
- Proficiency to tell the qualitative story behind the numbers by analyzing the data and preparing insightful visualizations
- Ability to work under pressure and concurrently manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Business level English, Business level in both written and spoken Japanese (at least JLPT Level 1)
