Senior Engineer

Position Overview: Join our development team as a Senior Engineer, where you will lead the design and development of our ever-evolving AI products and tackle complex technical challenges in our core functions. In this competitive AI domain, you will guide a development team to create SaaS applications that are favored by customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• SaaS Application Development: Design and develop SaaS applications utilizing advanced AI models.
• Product Architecture Design: Optimize product architecture and system integration for enhanced performance and scalability.
• Code Quality Maintenance: Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of code quality and performance.
• Technology Research: Research and evaluate new technologies, integrating them into our technology stack.
• Technical Team Leadership: Lead the technical team, supporting members' growth and fostering team collaboration.

Development Environment:

• Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, React
• Backend: Python
• Infrastructure: GCP
• Development Tools: Slack, Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, GitHub

Work Environment:

• Mac (Apple Silicon)
• Access to GitHub Copilot and in-house GPT
• Up to two monitors available

Team Structure:

• Work within a team of approximately 30 engineers across four core function development teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres/MySQL).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in AI/ML technologies and tools (e.g., chatGPT).
• Certifications in AI/ML, project management, or leadership.
• Experience working in a multinational environment with leadership or management experience.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and contribute knowledge to the organization.
