The role
Our client is an innovative technology firm where they focus on a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Various revolutionary technology projects help to build a safer, happier and more sustainable world. We are looking for a MES Project Manager to be part of our client’s journey.
Responsibilities
Provides expertise in the project implementation lifecycle, responsible for project planning/execution of professional activities within a technical discipline as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.)
Project management for the MES implementation project
Define project plan properly, breakdown activities and execute the project plan and monitor project progress
Ensure the most efficiency of collaborations between each project work stream and project members to deploy the solution on time
Identify project risks and define risk mitigation plan accordingly
Profile
Mandatory
Engineering IT implementation (4~5 years)
Project management (PMP is better)
Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English is a must
At least 5+ years of experience in related fields
Personal credibility in front of customers is essential
Experience in managing/ planning project activities and configuration of data/ functional analysis
Ability to work in an agile, team-oriented, and collaborative environment
Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Preferred
Software development process experience
Agile project experience
