Key Responsibilities: 

As a global role: In this role, successful candidate will lead global HR systems and projects in collaboration with CPO and HR manager, focusing on 
1)Enhancing company culture 
2)Talent Management 
3) Employee/Organization development and training 
4) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives 

For Japan Entity role : as a hand-on HR lead, you will oversee and manage the HR operation team for Japan entity, which includes:
1) Ensuring compliance with HR rules and regulations 
2) Managing HR policies such as job grade, compensation (cash and stock based) and performance evaluation 
3) Oversee labor management 

Leadership role: 
Serving as a role model for HR team, you will drive the establishment of high quality HR culture, develop strong processes and mechanism, and create efficient and effective operational models within the HR functions. 

Requirements

Basic qualifications

University graduates in HR or other related subjects
Native Japanese with Business English
10 years + of HR experience

大学卒業もしくはそれに準ずる教育を受けていること。
ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語。
10年以上のHR分野における経験。

Preferred qualifications

書き言葉、話し言葉の両方における高いコミュニケーション能力。
ビジネス、人事上の鋭い洞察力(問題解決力、批判的思考力、分析力を含む)。
変化の速い環境下で曖昧さに対処する能力。
強い成長意欲と業務量に物怖じしないマインドセット
経営学修士もしくは関連する分野での修士号。
国際的な経験または異文化経験。
