• Develop and maintain systems/frameworks for HR and sustainability data collection.
• Work with global, local HR and sustainability teams to define KPIs and metrics.
• Consolidate data for internal and external sustainability reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across departments and global locations.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve data management systems.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for data verification.
• Communicate with stakeholders about data collection and sustainability performance.
• Align collaboration on HR sustainability topics.
• Develop and maintain HR data governance activities.
• Working as a member of global & local people data related Committee (Data Privacy, People data council etc.)
• Review and streamline current HR daily operational activities and processes for accurate data collection and HR transformation.
• Broad knowledge of HR related work.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources concepts, best practices, and procedures
• Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities with a can-do approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deal with internal and external customer groups.
• Is comfortable with ambiguity, challenge the status quo and introduce positive change.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate the data and business needs into understandable requirements
• High proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables and charts
• High business level of English
• “Workday”(HRIS) experience and Working experience in retail industry are preferred.
• Project mgmt., and HR consultancy experience are preferable.
