職務内容
社内ITインフラの運用・保守およびIT資産管理、具体的には以下の通りです：
  • 社内情報システムの管理:
    • 社内情報システムに関連する戦略・立案、導入、評価など。
    • 情報システムの導入・運用管理（問い合わせ対応、アカウント・備品管理、入退社対応）、手順書・マニュアルの整備など。
  • 対象システム:
    • クラウドサービス（グループウェア、コミュニケーションツール）。
    • オンプレミスシステム（複合機など）。
    • 従業員用PC・情報機器。
 
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Corporate IT Engineer for a rapidly growing, recently public company based in Koto-ku, Tokyo. This role sits within the Corporate Strategy & Enablement Department and is vital for protecting and supporting the entire organization through robust information security and internal system management.
Responsibilities
Operation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and IT asset management, specifically:
  • Management of Internal Information Systems:
    • Strategy and planning related to internal systems, including implementation and evaluation.
    • Execution and operation management (handling inquiries, managing accounts/equipment, and employee onboarding/offboarding).
    • Maintenance of procedures and technical manuals.
  • Target Systems:
    • Cloud services (Groupware, communication tools).
    • On-premise systems (Multifunction printers, etc.).
    • Employee hardware (PCs and information equipment).

 

Requirements

必須要件:
  • 経験: クラウドサービスのユーザー管理およびIT機器管理の実務経験3年以上。
  • 知識: IPA 応用情報技術者試験合格、または同等の知識レベルをお持ちの方。
  • 語学: 日本語（読み・書き・会話）および英語（読み・書き）。
  • コンプライアンス: 法令遵守の意識が高く、誠実に業務を遂行できる方。
歓迎要件:
  • クラウドサービスの検討・導入経験。
  • ITソフトウェアの開発または運用経験。
  • ITセキュリティ規定（ISMS、プライバシーマーク、社内規定など）が定義された組織での実務経験。
  • 情報セキュリティに関する要件定義や提案の経験。
  • PM（プロジェクトマネージャー）またはPL（プロジェクトリーダー）としての完遂経験。
 
Essential:
  • Experience: 3+ years in cloud service user management and IT equipment management.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding equivalent to IPA Applied Information Technology Engineer level.
  • Language: Business-level Japanese (Speaking/Reading/Writing) and English (Reading/Writing).
  • Ethics: A proven track record of legal compliance and professional integrity.
Preferred:
  • Experience in the implementation and selection of cloud services.
  • Experience in IT software development or operations.
  • Experience working under strict IT security regulations (ISMS, Privacy Mark, etc.).
  • Experience in requirement definition or security-related proposals.
  • Project management experience (PM or PL).
