業務内容 (Responsibilities)
ビジネス部プログラムマネジメントユニットの一員として、プロジェクトマネジメント業務をお任せします。顧客と開発チームの架け橋となり、提案から進行管理までを担っていただきます。
 
具体的な業務内容:
  • 顧客の課題やニーズを正確に把握し、短期から中期的な視点でのソリューション提案を通じて案件を創出します。
  • 顧客からのフィードバックを社内開発チームに共有し、製品・サービスの価値向上や仕様策定に活かします。
  • 受注した案件のマネジメント（顧客窓口、スケジュール調整、進捗管理、ドキュメント作成など）を行います。
  • チームメンバーのタスク管理や進行をサポートします。
  • 顧客のサービス利用状況や成果を分析し、改善提案を行います。

Job Description
As a member of the Business Division's Program Management Unit, you will be responsible for project management. You will serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, handling everything from proposal creation to project progress management.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Accurately understand customer issues and needs to generate new business through short-to-mid-term solution proposals.
  • Share customer feedback with the internal development team to improve the value and define the specifications of products and services.
  • Manage accepted projects, including acting as the main point of contact, coordinating schedules, managing progress, and creating documentation.
  • Support team building and help with task management and progress support for team members.
  • Analyze customer service usage and outcomes, and propose improvements.

Requirements

必須要件 (Must-Have):
  1. 以下のいずれかの実務経験：
    • プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロダクトマネジメントの経験（3年以上）
    • 戦略コンサルまたは総合コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験（2年以上）
  2. 高いコミュニケーション能力：
    • 論理的に物事を伝え、周囲を巻き込みながら業務を推進できる方
  3. ソフトウェア技術に関する基礎知識：
    • 開発チームとの円滑な連携に必要な技術的な基本知識
  4. 語学力：
    • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
    • 英語：ビジネスレベル（社内での基本的な会話が可能なレベル）
歓迎要件 (Nice-to-Have):
  1. 官公庁・自治体との折衝、調整、入札対応の経験
  2. 安全保障、インフラ、建設、土木、GIS業界での業務経験
  3. 政府・大企業向けのITコンサルティング経験
  4. パートナー企業との契約交渉・調整の経験
  5. 法人営業経験
  6. B2BのSaaSまたはクラウドサービスに関する知識・実務経験

Must-Have:

  • One of the following work experiences:
    • Experience in project management or product management (3 years or more)
    • Work experience at a strategy consulting or general consulting firm (2 years or more)
  • High communication skills:
    • Ability to convey information logically and drive business while engaging others
  • Basic knowledge of software technology:
    • Fundamental technical knowledge necessary for smooth collaboration with development teams
  • Language skills:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Business level (capable of basic conversations within the company)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in negotiations, coordination, and bidding with government agencies and local authorities
  • Work experience in the security, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, or GIS industries
  • IT consulting experience for government and large corporations
  • Experience in contract negotiations and coordination with partner companies
  • Experience in corporate sales
  • Knowledge and practical experience related to B2B SaaS or cloud services
