As HR Planning Manager, and part of the Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) team, you will participate in providing various planning and analysis to support the business.
This experience will enable you to grow as HR Planner / Controller to support the important decision making to the management team.
Experience:
- Position requires minimum of 5-7 years of relevant progressive C&B / HR generalist experience.
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
Competencies:
- Solid understanding of C&B and labor laws for Japan and demonstrates strong HR sensibility and critical thinking.
- Strong in analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation planning
- Planning individual compensation review and propose to HQ
- Salary benchmark analysis
HR Data Analysis
- Prepare business related analsis, such as, ROI of incentive etc.
- Create varioud HR related repors & analysis, such as, comsumption of paid holidays, OT etc.
Operational excellence
- Review and propose the better HR process
- Data maintenance
- Work with HQ regarding HR system/database, to enhance, upgrade its functionality
