We will contribute to the realization of a strong management department that supports rapid growth through a wide range of human resources support such as recruitment, training, evaluation, talent management, and labor.
We are now recruiting for HRBP positions, from manager candidates to members, as we strengthen our functions as an HRBP. We will provide the most suitable field of activity according to your experience.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of HR work experience at a business company
- Excel (level where basic functions can be used)
- Attitude to grasp change positively and act flexibly and speedily
- Ability to communicate with related departments, colleagues, and employees with hospitality
- Independence to identify issues, organize information, propose and realize
- OVERTIME WORK (時間外労働): Yes
- AVERAGE MONTHLY OT (残業月平均): 10-30hrs
