Job description
In order to accelerate mid-career/new graduates recruitment activities locally, the recruiting manager develops the local network and the strong connection with each business directly.
- Conduct Mid-career/New graduates recruitment processes by developing the local networks (Agent, Public employment security office (Hellowork), Polytech Center, Job advertisements, Direct sourcing, etc.) for multiple business line(s) in assigned regions.
- Visit targeted schools and strengthen the Network (University, Technical College (Kosen),Vocational school (Senmon Gakko), High school etc)
- Invoice processing
- Support for Internship administration
- Support for Induction training for New Grads
- Follow the recruitment KPI (Lead time etc.)
