Talent Acquitision Manager - Kyushu, Shikoku, and Chugoku (#7483)

• Conduct Mid-career/New graduates recruitment processes by developing the local networks (Agent, Public employment security office (Hellowork), Polytech Center, Job advertisements, Direct sourcing, etc.) for multiple business line(s) in assigned regions.
• Visit targeted schools and strengthen the Network (University, Technical College (Kosen),Vocational school (Senmon Gakko), High school etc)
• Invoice processing
• Support for Internship administration
• Support for Induction training for New Grads ·Follow the recruitment KPI (Lead time etc.)

• Experience in Mid career recruitment
• Communication Skills
• Self-starter, having good communication skills.
• Challenge new things positively without fear of change.
