Job description
Lead global HR system implementation project, by working hand in hand with global CoE team, local HR team, IT division and external consulting firm as well as HR system vendor in terms of
- Set out project stages and milestones: Set out the key markers and interim milestones you need to achieve along the way.
- Plan out the data migration: Determine what existing data needs to be moved over, and what deadwood you can eliminate.
- Pilot test and evaluate: Check the effectiveness of the features of your HR system.
- Train and upskill: train up main system users in group on how to use new global HR system
- Roll out: launch your HR system globally
- System evaluation and maintenance: maintain and analyze any system issues, seek feedback from your users, both employees and admin for efficiency improvement
- Other ac-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in using an HCM system, such as SAP success factors or Workday
- Familiar with HR practices in general from budget planning, talent development, compensation, etc
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
- Ability to maximise use of technical platforms in the delivery of human resource services
- Business level English
- At least N3 Japanese
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in implementing an HCM, process improvement a plus
Experience in relevant multi-site international industry experience, with BtoB a plus
Skillful communicator with confidence
Mature and independent contributor
Strong interest in HR data analytics
