《Requirements》
・Basic knowledge and related practical experience regarding investment and finance
・Understanding of general cash flow evaluation methods (present value and DCF method)
・Business English (level of communication in text without problems)
・Basic PC skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)

・Financial modeling skills, experience
・Investment analysis of real estate or business companies, experience in asset liquidation
・Experience in an English environment (including studying abroad as a student)
