Job description

- Fully understand company and the business, internal talents, culture and difference, recruiting strategies, priorities and needs by positions.
- Direct sourcing
- Manage LinkedIn. Establish candidate pool, create long list, approach and attract potential candidates, connect and follow up with HRBP and Recruiting coordinators.
- Manage Job posting/AD.
- Referral and OG/OB Recruiting.
- Recruiting Systems
- Manage Workday Recruiting module as well as JPOSS, AOL(Access Online).
- Candidate Experience and Journey
- Be initial point of contact for Direct sourcing.
- Attract potential candidates with personalized approach.
-  Collect feedback and continuously improve application process.
- Initiate company branding and recruiting through SNS and Digital tools.
- New graduates’ recruitment
- Plan and execute the recruitment schedule, processes, operations, tools, events, school relations, career fairs and lead communications to stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire recruiting activities
- Manage candidate experience and journey for students (communication, event, follow-up)
- Collaborate with HRBP for prospective employee event and monitor the maximum retention.
- Support company branding and recruiting events (onsite)
- Career fairs, Seminars, Inhouse event, and New graduate’s enrollment ceremony, etc.
- Prepare presentations, visual aids, tools, logistics and venues. Vendor relations.
- Competitor research such as Job Ad and JD (responsibilities, qualifications, salary, benefits, etc.)
- Office temp recruiting (IN/OUT/job posting/candidate/contract/e-staffing management).
- Support Recruiting related matters.

Requirements

 PC skills
- MS Excel:Intermediate (Data entry, create tables and graphs, use basic functions)
- MS PowerPoint:Advanced (Create slide, inserting data, animations, and sound)
- MS Word:Intermediate (Create document, format text, print setting)
- Expert of LinkedIn and Workday Recruiting module.AOL knowledge is a bonus.
- Digital Literacy: Familiar with SNS, Meeting apps, etc. for both personal and business use.
- Language: Japanese (Native), English (Business. TOEIC 800 or Above).
-  Access Online (MyNavi) experience is a bonus.

- Able to work onsite for internal and external events.(some domestic travels may require)
- Have understanding and interest to acquire talents, “can-do” spirit, and high agility.
- Be passionate about attracting all candidates with company image is required.
