Job description
Roles/Responsibilities
• Maintain office and store Windows PC and IOS devices as Tier2
• Maintain Network and Windows Servers
• Maintain following infrastructure:
- MS cloud services (M365)
- On-premises Windows server (later than WinSrv 2012)
- AD / GPO / DHCP / DNS / FS / WSUS
- SharePoint Online
- VMware
- Network
- iOS devices (iPhone / iPad)
- Windows PC
• Manage local and global IT projects
Requirements
Required Skills
• IT infrastructure experience for more than 10 years.
• Hands-on applications and/or infrastructure technical skills
• Strong Power-shell skills
• Skills Including following area:
- Active Directory user and computer management
- SLA management
- Windows Servers build and maintenance experience (Experience to build a virtual environment (VM ware is preferable.)
- Understand and maintain MPLS and secured VPN network.
- Strong experience of maintaining both Azure AD and local domain controller
• High communication skills
• A solid experience of hands-on IT operations.
• Experience on user support.
• Experience for following IT administrative operations:
- On-premises servers
- VMware (SimpliVity better)
- Network (Cisco config, Wi-Fi)
- M365 management (AAD, Defender, Intune / EndPoint, Exchange / Outlook,Teams)
- PowerAutomate
- SharePoint Online
- AD / GPO / DHCP / DNS / FS / WSUS
- Windows user account management.
• Ability to understand infrastructure document and improve it accordingly.
• Troubleshooting for IT devices: PC, iOS device and printer.
• Experience of PC and iOS kitting.
• Experience of leading local and global IT projects
Preferred Experience and Skills
• IT infrastructure consultant experience
• IT infrastructure experience in the retail industry.
• Experience of implementing IT solutions to the business accordingly.
• Knowledge of NTT.Com UniversalOne (MPLS) and Cisco Meraki platform.
• Manage Jira Service Management platform.
• Able to perform deep investigation and analysis for IT technical problems.
• Experience of SAP and POS.
