Playing a key role in the Japan IS Team, this candidate will contribute to supporting & deploying Retail
solutions – POS in Japan, which is the regional solutions well integrated with ERP Microsoft AX Platform,
BI DataMart as well as central solutions such as CRM and Digital eCommerce.
We expect the candidate to lead, support, and maintain a system with POS and related systems, to ensure
progress of DX and omnichannel integration.
This role collaborates closely with key users of each brand’s Retail Sales and CRM for high-level
requirements, and will contribute to the localization of functional design, testing, and support of the Retail
applications for the Japanese market:
The ideal candidate would have Project Management skills, and functional knowledge, and be exposed to POS/CRM solution environments and projects.
This candidate shall have a strong business background & understanding and retail industry.
This candidate works with central and Regional Beauty Tech and business units to support projects in
Japan securely and cost-effectively.
