As a core member managing the helicopter leasing business in Japan, one of our existing overseas business investments, you will be responsible for the following business planning and management tasks.
1) Formulation of mid-term business plans, annual performance forecasts and management of actual results
2) Review of financial statements (International Financial Reporting Standards) prepared by overseas business companies.
3) Consolidated financial statements based on International Financial Reporting Standards and Japanese Financial Reporting Standards
4) Corporate tax return processing (Japanese tax law)
5) Strategic planning work in terms of accounting and tax for M&A, new investments, etc.
<Specifics>
1) In collaboration with a foreign company, a partner in the overseas helicopter leasing joint venture, formulation of business plans (mid-term, annual) for SMFLH and general business management work (budget, financial statement management, solving issues in various specialized fields)
2) General tax work such as corporate tax returns and transfer pricing tax system response (in collaboration with the corporate accounting department)
3) Accounting and tax for M&A, new investments, etc. (due diligence, planning, PMI practice, etc.)
4) Structuring individual leasing cases

④ Those who have work experience that enables them to discuss with certified public accountants and tax advisors
⑤ Business English proficiency (reading and writing: fluent or above, speaking: fluent in everyday conversation)
