Job Descriptions:
High-end & Client engagement Specialist consists in supporting Japan Watches & Fine Jewelry High-end Business Strategy from various perspectives. This role consists in planning VIC related actions and implementing high-end related projects aiming at achieving business results. It requires to have an in-depth understanding of luxury business focusing on clients.
Leadership, effective communication, and organization skills are a requirement for this position.
The main roles and responsibilities:
• Support implementing and develop strategic high-end business action plans to achieve business results and reinforce brand positioning.
• Direct promotional support for high jewelry/high-end watch launches and key projects, initiating corrective actions.
• Prepare and execute VIC programs, VIC related actions.
• Create and deliver high-end business related documentations and literature to engage, motivate and support business.
• Control promotion budget, ensuring that marketing efforts stand by agreed timelines and within budget.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategy and report on results.
• Generate interest in high-end products, events, and services across various channels.
• Report current trends in the market and competitors’ strategy
• Motivate and collaborate in a proactive and positive manner with related parties external/internal including boutique staff.
High-end Business Development & Strategic Planning:
• Understand and convey global strategy within the division and develop local high-end business strategy for a sustainable sales growth.
• Provide annual planning, prepare, and handle annual actions with required analysis.
• Execute any high-end related initiatives and make adjustment as required to align with business goals.
• Follow-up results (quantitative & qualitative)
• Attend meeting and express needs for the division.
• Collaborate internally and coordinate with Paris Head Office.
• Provide sales support to ensure results and follow-up needs within the Division (Boutiques, Retails, Wholesales, Events, Logistics, Media, PR, VM, After-Sales etc)
• Provide insights, feedbacks, and report to Paris Head Office and Management
• Distribute adequate report to Retail, Wholesale, Boutiques and management.
• Understand and report recent high-end market trend and business environment.
VIC
• VIC client analysis
• Prepare and support VIC activities/treatment to develop customer engagement, increase customer loyalty and offer best client journey.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and initiate new projects implementation.
• Identify areas of increased opportunity as well as areas of improvement and work closely with retail teams and Paris Head Office.
• Attend VICs for local/global events.
• Prepare short term planning by client level with boutique staff and develop VIC activities with required analysis.
• Support cross functional planning within the division, coordinate and collaborate with corporate functions and global high-end business development team.
• Work with Fashion Marketing and VIC to align local posture, execute promotional actions.
Key requirements
• Minimum of 3 years in working for Luxury, Fashion or Concierge service etc
• Skilled with leading face to face VIP experience and client interactions
• Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of top clients, high potential clients and digital clients.
