■ Depending on your experience and aptitude, you will be entrusted with the following aircraft-related tasks:
1) Asset management and remarketing during the lease period
2) Selection, bidding, and composition of JOL projects in cooperation company connected Aero Engine Lease, composition of new assets, and consideration and initiatives of new structures
<Specifically as follows>
1) Asset management of aircraft and engines sold to investors
● Documentation at the time of sale to investors
● Management during the period (payments, insurance, technical)
● Maintenance of aircraft/engines owned by investors
● Remarketing of aircraft/engines
2) Selection, bidding, and composition of JOL projects in cooperation with company Aero Engine Lease, consideration and initiatives of new assets/new structures
● Selection of aircraft/engines suitable for JOL from the portfolio of business companies
● Bidding for JOL projects in cooperation with business companies
● Consideration and initiatives for commercialization of new assets in addition to aircraft/engines
● Consideration and initiatives for new structures in addition to the existing direct ownership method
Sales team, internal related departments with leases, law firms, tax advisors, etc.

<Required skills>
・Experience in aircraft/ship leasing and finance in the financial industry or trading company, etc., or experience in structuring structured finance or large-scale finance projects, or experience in finance, technology, maintenance, etc. in the aviation industry
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or above is desirable)
・Team management and human resource development experience

・Knowledge/interest in the aviation industry and aircraft
・Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
・Tax knowledge, business succession, financial planning, real estate-related skills
