Accounting Staff and Leader Candidate - Group Accounting Department (#8079)

• Consolidated Financial Results for the Company's Group (IFRS) and related accounting issues, etc.
• Preparation of securities reports and other disclosure materials
• Promotion of projects in connection with M&A and organizational restructuring
• Improve and rebuild the Company's accounting processes and systems.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Knowledge of accounting with bookkeeping level 2 or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business company or professional firm.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as an organization.
• Be able to respond flexibly to changes.
• Business-level Japanese

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in consolidation accounting
• Experience in preparing the disclosure in a listed company
• Experience in improving accounting systems and processes.
• Experience in team management or project management.
