About the Position
This position will involve working in the IT department and being in charge of sales systems (EC, POS, CRM, etc.). With the cooperation of domestic and international stakeholders (global headquarters, Japanese members, partner companies, etc.), you will lead the design and development of systems to provide a better, seamless shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
Manage sales systems, respond to inquiries, and work with the development team to lead the maintenance and operation of systems related to EC, POS, and CRM, add functions, and implement new systems.
Build relationships with stakeholders by communicating regularly with key people within the company and the sales system staff at the global headquarters to share know-how and success stories.
Support internal users by understanding their operational issues, such as how to use each sales system and requests for new functions, and work together to propose and implement solutions.
Analyze incident occurrences and business processes to plan improvement actions, and lead system and process improvement activities in cooperation with managers.
