Responsibilities:

This is a strategic media management position. The candidate will play a critical role in driving our digital adoption and various digital transformation initiatives using digital platform tools, including but not limited to analytics and marketing automation tools. To accomplish this, high business acumen coupled with expert digital media analytics capabilities must define the right metrics to gauge success.

On an operational level, this position will be responsible for first and foremost maintaining and optimizing the corporate website. The role includes the usage of website analytics to gauge success metrics based on the objective and strategy of the inherent content material, of which there are more than 50 internal stakeholders, resulting in over 100 (on average) monthly updates to the website. The candidate will liaise with all major internal/external stakeholders to clarify objectives and gauge the performance of key content material to further enhance the functionality of the corporate website. Close collaboration with the global/regional teams is also crucial to gain insight into platform tool adoption and customization.

 

Requirements

Experience:

  • Have over 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on owned media management, including but not limited to website management/optimization, UX/UI improvement, and website analytics
  • Over 3 years of experience in designing and driving media optimization through use of mar-tech tools 
  • Over 3 years of experience in assuming the local project lead function of a globally managed project

Skills:

  • Understand the fundamentals of media management 
  • Have a strong grounding in how digital marketing platform tools work and harnessed with multiple user touchpoints to achieve marketing and business goals; content management, marketing automation, content delivery 
  • Have solid people management/communication skills
  • Have a strong risk management mindset

Preferable:

  • Basic understanding of coding (js/html) 
  • Background in finance or other heavily regulated industry 
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of customer experience and journey building 
  • Solid experience in digital marketing planning, execution, analytics, optimization (managing PDCA cycles)

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Adobe Tech stack (AEM, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics is preferred)

Personality:

  • Be able to think strategically and utilize resources effectively
  • Be able to build rapport and establish psychological safety with team members and internal stakeholders alike
