Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Strategy Engineer to formulate and execute product strategies from an engineering perspective. This role involves promoting business initiatives that blend technology and business, bridging management strategy with engineering practices, and enhancing our data infrastructure to support high transaction volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business and technology goals.
- Bridge the gap between management strategy and engineering to ensure cohesive operations.
- Build and maintain a robust data infrastructure and ad delivery control system capable of handling a large volume of transactions.
- Improve and enhance a legacy product focusing on development efficiency.
Team Performance:
- Formulate and execute mid- to long-term organizational strategies.
- Design systems and organizational structures, including evaluation and career development for the development team.
- Plan and implement measures to improve product quality and maximize engineering team results.
- Educate and mentor team members, fostering motivation and engagement.
- Optimize development processes and build teams aligned with product and project goals.
- Select appropriate technologies (languages, development environments, tools) with a strategic outlook.
Development Environment:
- Utilize primary languages and frameworks including C++, Python, React, Symfony, and gin.
- Employ development tools such as GitLab, Slack, Redmine, and Confluence.
- Work with databases like RDB and KVS, and cloud services including GCP and AWS.
- Operate in a Linux environment (Debian, CentOS) with middleware like MySQL, Redis, and Aerospike.
Working Environment:
- Primarily office-based with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
