Fund Manager (Associate~Manager for a Venture Capital)

• After joining, promote fund management operations through an understanding of each department's roles, reporting to investors and the global team, as well as mother company's fund management platform, under the guidance of an OJT supervisor.
• Gain practical experience in overall operations, with a quarterly review cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Overall fund management for the Ventures' Fund No. 1.
  • LP investor relations (quarterly reporting, document preparation, inquiries, etc.).
  • Manage portfolio companies through collaboration with the investment team.
  • Support activities related to portfolio companies, such as event planning.
  • Fund performance analysis and monitoring.
• Other duties related to the global fund management platform operations.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Experience working at a securities company, investment bank, or asset management company, or experience at an auditing/tax firm.
• Basic financial modeling skills (valuation, IRR calculation, etc.).
• Minimum English proficiency (not based on TOEIC or TOEFL scores, but on practical reading, writing, and speaking abilities).

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in fund formation, investor relations, and portfolio strategy at VC/PE funds.
• Practical English ability for daily tasks (reading, writing, and speaking).
