Position Summary
We are seeking an Analyst Support Specialist responsible for managing the entire analysis platform that utilizes extensive POS data from the retail industry, including GMS, supermarkets, and drug stores. This role requires effective communication across departments, including collaboration with sales, solution, and tech/operation teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data handling and report development, along with agility and excellent communication abilities.

Our Team
You will collaborate with various teams, including the analysis team that evaluates measures and provides insights, as well as a team focused on digital transformation. This collaboration will enhance your knowledge and experience across different domains while contributing to the productivity of the analysis team through the development of new tools and data marts.

Responsibilities
1. Automation of Analysis Report Output

  • Develop and maintain tools for generating reusable ad-hoc analysis reports.
  • Maintain existing automation tools and develop standard reports for other departments.

2. DX Support

  • Develop and maintain data marts for input sources into BI tools.
  • Collaborate with the DX team to enhance business efficiency using Power Platform.
  • Support the integration of external data from clients and external sources.

3. Support for Migration to Next-Generation Systems

  • Revise analysis reports during the migration of on-premise databases to the cloud.
  • Assist in migrating master data (Product Master, Profile Master, etc.) to new systems.
  • Support the introduction of new solutions.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business experience.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement (from end-user requirements gathering to development, testing, operation, and maintenance).
  • At least 2 years of experience in data handling using SQL.
  • Knowledge of database structure and operation.
  • Development experience using Python (primarily Pandas).
  • Experience in Linux environments.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience analyzing POS/ID-POS data.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical models.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Experience with SharePoint lists, Microsoft Dataverse, etc.
  • Experience in Azure environments.

  • Salary: Determined based on experience and ability (includes fixed overtime pay). Incentive bonuses are based on company performance and individual evaluation.
