■Work Details/Mission:
<Infrastructure Outsourcing Director>
・Plan/propose infrastructure outsourcing
・Conduct Due Diligence and conclude contracts
・Conduct transition and provide global standard IT/operation maintenance services
★Expected customer industries:
Manufacturing, automotive, general contractor, HiTech, aviation, banking, insurance, distribution & retail, trading company
★Project Scale:
Multiple-year outsourcing project with contract value 2 billion JPY or more
★ Example of outsourcing services provided by our company:
・Propose "Our unique IT infrastructure operation", which is a global standard IT/Operation model
・Reduce operation costs by using offshore centers and implementing Cognitive Automation
・Visualize operational productivity and quality, continuously improve service levels,
optimize configuration of IT facilities procured by customers, integrate/manage vendors
・Consolidate data centers and help desks at multiple locations and provide IT
and help desk support to all employees across global sites in Japanese and English
・Migrate existing systems to a hybrid cloud environment
■Registered Qualification
We are looking for candidates with following experiences. Please do not hesitate to introduce applicable candidates.
・Experiences as a service provider or SIer side
・Experience of PM or higher in a large-scale infrastructure outsourcing project
・Experience of team management and capability of span of control in project
・Experience of communicating with customer CXOs
・Experience of infrastructure outsourcing leveraging offshore
・Experience of infrastructure outsourcing using English
※As a guide, it is preferable to have a team management experience for a project of a contract with contract value 1 billion yen with about 50 members in the team.
