The Background and Role
Recognizing evolving client needs and the dynamic market demand for Digital Transformation
(DX), we are broadening our business horizons to provide a comprehensive end-to-end support,
service, solution, systems at every journey of CX which includes :
1) CX/UX/UI/Digital Product Strategy, Design and Consulting
2) E-Commerce business consulting & design, platform & operations in B2B and B2C
3) Tech Platform such as CRM & surrounded solutions including cloud engineering
4) Gen AI based solutions to enable automation and provide Analytics

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
• Identify and onboard new client accounts, with a strategic focus on CX/DX and
support and innovative solutions.
• Explore and leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services to
existing clients, contributing to sustained business growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, diversify revenue
streams, and maximize market penetration.
Client Relationship
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by continuously delivering
exceptional creative solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and aspirations.
• Ensure client satisfaction. Become ‘Voice of the Customer’ Establish strong
relationships with clients and partner with them to attain world class services to
the customers.
Team Management & Collaboration
• Manage cross-functional & large, high performance, global team for every success
of projects.
• Improve organizational efficiencies, build scalable business processes and
infrastructure.
• Help align delivery capability to pipeline demand. Design and run scaled
operations with a data-oriented approach. Provide vision and leadership for
business..

Requirements

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
• 15+ years of experience with last 5 years within Digital Customer Engagement
business with deep industry expertise in DX, E-Commerce, CX related Tech
platform such as CRM, ERP, Gen AI based solutions and Cloud engineering.
• Proven ability to drive performance and grow businesses
• Experience in transformation through automation and best in class service
delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Strong internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation and
conflict management skills
• Analytical acumen and the ability to streamline complex processes
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CX/UX/UI best practices.
• Business networks with potential clients of digital business.
• Full Professional level of Japanese and English
