Job Purpose
当社ソフトウェアに関するクラウドインフラ構築、保守、運用を担います。
AWS、Azure、GCP 等のクラウドでの環境構築、保守運用を通じてクライアント企業へのサ
ービス提供に関わります。サーバーの立ち上げだけでなく、コスト削減や調査、チューニン
グ等に関わりながらより快適なソフトウェア環境の構築維持に向けた活動を行います。自社
プロダクトに関わるポジションとしてヨーロッパ拠点に所属する開発メンバーとのコミュニ
ケーションも多く、請負業務ではなく自ら改善・提案をしながらより良いサービス提供に関
わるポジションです。

提供するデジタルインクの技術は、デジタル上で「書く/描く」ときに画面上に表示
されるデータだけでなく、筆の運びや強さ、かかった時間、かかれた内容等様々なデータを
取得し、それを活かした新しい価値提供ができる技術として自社製品だけでなく様々な企
業・プロダクトへの技術提供の形で活用されています。
デジタルインク技術の活用を広げる基盤となるクラウドインフラのポジションは今後の発展
に欠かすことのできない重要な役割を担っています。
また日本のソフトウェアチームは立ち上げフェーズであり、新しい組織づくりに関わってい
ただけます。立ち上げメンバーとして、プロジェクトのリードだけでなく、将来的にチーム
マネジメントにも関わることも可能です。

Key Responsibilities:
⚫ クラウド上での環境構築、運用保守(AWS、Azure 等)
⚫ 開発部門との調整、フィードバック・改善提案
⚫ プロジェクトリード(スケジュールの取りまとめ、進捗管理、メンバー・社外関係者と
の調整 等)

インフラオーナーはクライアント先となることが多いです。そのため運用保守はクライアン
ト先が対応、リクエストベースで対応をするケースが多いです。クライアント先の希望によ
り AWS だけでなく、Azure や GCP 等の環境で構築運用保守の経験も可能です。
開発側で設計をした内容を実際のニーズに合わせて構成を検討し、実装に向けてのフロー作
成から構築作業を担います。必要に応じて開発側に設計内容の見直しや提案を行い、より良
い環境提供に向けたコミュニケーションを社内開発メンバーとクライアントに対してフロン
トに立って行っていただきます。
改善に向けての提案やご自身で手を動かして試行錯誤できる方が活躍いただけるポジション
です。

Job Summary: You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and operating cloud infrastructure for our software. We provide services to client companies through the creation and maintenance of cloud environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms. In addition to server setup, you will be involved in cost reduction, research, and tuning to ensure a seamless software environment. As a product-focused role, you will frequently interact with our development team in Europe. This position is not a simple contracted task; it involves proactively making improvements and suggestions to provide superior services.
Our proprietary digital ink technology captures more than just on-screen data; it records strokes, pressure, timing, and content. This data provides new value and is utilized in our internal products as well as provided to various partner companies. The cloud infrastructure serves as the foundation for expanding this technology and plays an essential role in our future development.
Our Japanese software team is currently in the launch phase, giving you the opportunity to build a new organization. As a founding member, you will not only lead projects but also have the potential to transition into team management in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud environment construction, operation, and maintenance (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Coordination with the development department, providing feedback, and proposing improvements.
  • Project leadership (schedule management, progress tracking, coordination with team members and external stakeholders).

Requirements

Qualifications:
【MUST】
 AWS/Azure を用いたクラウド基盤構築、運用保守経験 3 年以上
(EC2 構築経験および EKS 運用経験があれば尚可)
 DB の構築経験
 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(社内)/日本語でのクライアント対応経験
 情報を常にアップデートし、フレキシブルに対応できる方

クラウド基盤での設計構築~運用保守経験
自社プロダクトに関わるインフラ運用保守や構築・開発のご経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
※プロジェクト規模不問

Eligibility: [MUST]
  • 3+ years of experience building, operating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
  • Experience building databases.
  • Professional English proficiency (for internal communication) and Japanese proficiency (for client interaction).
  • Ability to constantly update technical knowledge and respond flexibly to changes.
[Preferred]
  • Experience in the full lifecycle (design, construction, operation, maintenance) of cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in infrastructure related to in-house product development.
  • Project management experience (any scale).
