Techno-Functional Analyst (Java/Database) (#8455)

[Job Description]

1               Gather business goals through engaging with clients.

2               Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.

3               Work effectively at different levels to define business needs and write specifcations techno-functionally.

4               Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand the requirements.

5               Work closely with project team(s) and customer stakeholders, coordinate project activities and ensure the requirements are documented and communicated thoroughly
 

[Work style]         

                 Hybrid (work in the office 2-3 times a week *project-based)

[Required work experience and Skills]            

1               6-10 years of experience (preferably in insurance projects)

2               Web application development experience and good knowledge on Java technologies, Microservices, DB2 and Cloud environment

3               Experience in Jira/Confluence tools

4               Strong communication skills
