Application Support Engineer (#8469)

仕事内容

You will provide technical support services to customers involved in embedded control system development using our products. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing solutions to resolve customer issues by leveraging MATLAB / Simulink as the standard tool for embedded control system development 

• Demonstrating detailed usage for embedded applications using basic examples, when necessary

• Resolving complex problems, such as those caused by the technical operation of multiple products,during the practical stage of the Model-Based Design (MBD)process

• Contributing to the resolution of customers issues by understanding their advanced research and development needs and providing feedback to developers

• Collaborating with appropriate departments when it becomes difficult to provide direct or simple solutions cannot be provided to customers 

• Creating articles (FAQs) to accumulate technical knowledge and provide a self-service answer system to customers.

必須の資格

• A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
