Position Overview
As part of a growing global company, this role will be responsible for hiring 300 employees annually. The goal is not just to increase headcount but to strategically align with department managers to scale the organization while driving business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring plans
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve hiring goals
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent
- Formulate and execute HR branding strategies
- Design and manage recruitment operations
Background for Hiring
The company is in a pivotal growth phase, having entered its "second founding period" as an AI-driven manufacturing data platform. Since launching a key product in 2022, it has been experiencing rapid growth far exceeding T2D3 benchmarks. Over the next three years, the company plans to develop dozens of applications, each with the potential to become a unicorn business. To support this expansion, the organization needs to scale significantly. This role is being recruited to drive mid- to long-term hiring strategies that directly contribute to business success.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
For Manager/Leader Level:
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following:
- Managerial or leadership experience in mid-career recruitment
- Leading sales or marketing teams with outstanding achievements
- Exceptional performance in the talent industry as a Career Advisor or Recruitment Consultant
Additionally, candidates must have either:
- A Business/Management Perspective:
- Experience in a leadership role such as a business unit head or executive (company size does not matter)
- Advanced Recruitment Skills:
- Experience defining company growth plans and developing recruitment strategies accordingly
- Strong communication and leadership skills to attract diverse talent
For Member Level:
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following:
- Mid-career or new graduate recruitment experience
- Experience launching a new graduate recruitment program
- HR experience outside of recruitment
- Planning and organizing recruitment events
- Strong track record in sales or marketing with a data-driven approach
- Experience as a Career Advisor or Recruitment Consultant in the talent industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in direct sourcing recruitment
- Experience driving employee referral programs within an organization
- Experience in employer branding, including content creation (e.g., interviews, promotional materials)
- Industry experience in IT, SaaS, consulting, manufacturing, or trading firms

Salary is determined based on experience, skills, and internal grading system:
- Manager/Leader Level: ¥7M – ¥13M per year
- Member Level: ¥4.5M – ¥6.5M per year
- Stock options available
- Salary revisions twice a year
- Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime pay (additional compensation for excess hours)
- Exempt from overtime pay if classified as a supervisory role
