Senior Frontend Engineer (#8850)

As the lead engineer/manager for front-end engineers, you will commit to the company's growth from the perspective of solving engineering organization challenges and maximizing organizational outcomes.

• Maximize team outcomes through team management
• Design, implement, and improve new/existing services and products
• Build front-end development environment
• Collaborate with back-end engineers on API specification design
• Design and develop reusable components
• Propose and implement new front-end technologies
• Establish quality assurance mechanisms such as code reviews and coding standards

• チームマネジメントを通じてチーム成果の最大化

• フロントエンド開発環境の構築

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of front-end development experience
• Team/project management experience
• Practical experience with Next.js and TypeScript
• Experience utilizing cloud services
• Performance optimization experience
• Design experience considering security
• Design experience focusing on scalability
• Experience managing remote teams, including offshore engineers
• Vendor management experience
• Communication skills in English
• Experience in micro front-end design
• Experience in designing large-scale systems
