Windows System Engineer (#8925)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Windows Server Infrastructure Engineer. This role involves the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Windows servers, focusing primarily on the operating system and middleware, while excluding business applications. You will be responsible for handling escalations from our internal user support team.

Customer Relations

This position does not require direct interaction with external customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing internal systems and infrastructure, with no end-user support involved.

Work Environment

You will oversee the selection of architectures that best meet the application development team's requirements, as well as the services we provide. This includes designing, building, operating, and maintaining our Windows system infrastructure, which is primarily an on-premises virtualized environment. We also utilize public cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.

Collaboration with specialized teams in data center management, networking, databases, and security is essential. Therefore, strong technical engineering skills, coupled with effective communication abilities, are critical. Proficiency in English, including the use of machine translation for internal communications and reviewing manufacturer documentation, may be required.
