Job description

Program Overview
The Vision 2030 program was launched to achieve long-term strategic goals by enabling commercial excellence, supply chain optimization, and the transformation of back-office and IT functions. The Finance Transformation Manager plays a critical role in accomplishing digital transformation within the Finance organization. This position drives SAP S/4HANA implementation and business process re-engineering (BPR) in Finance, delivering outcomes through new capabilities and working cross-functionally with various business units. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a passion for delivering “new ways of working” to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
・  Product Implementation:

・ Act the main point of contact in S4 implementation project in Finance.
・Co-work with finance process sub-leads to establish the optimized finance process and implement required SAP function.
・Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and challenges, providing clear and transparent communication.
• Cross Functional Engagement:
・ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business needs and expectations.
• Change Management:
・Support the organization in adopting new ways of working to make future capabilities with associated functional area
・Co-work with change management team to develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting:
・Contribute to create KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure product success
・Track and report on the progress of KPIs with regular updates on outcomes and benefits realized.
• Growth mindset:
・ Iterate on the product/process based on feedback, performance data and evolving user needs
・Stay up to date on the industry trends, emerging technologies to continuously improve the organization's digital transformation efforts.

Requirements

必須要件
• Education:
・Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Skills and Experiences:
・3-5 years of project management experience, with SAP implementation and/or process enhancement with SAP-FM(FI/CO).
・Experience of leading projects in Finance and Accounting field.
・ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels as a team player
・Business Level English (TOEIC800+)

・Experience of product management engaged with cross function stakeholders.
