Accounting Manager (#9216)

- Oversee and manage overall daily accounting operations, including hands-on tasks and the automated SAP posting system.
- Manage corporate and consumption tax filings under the direction of the CFO and external tax consultants, and proactively handle correspondence with external auditors.
- Control cash flow management, treasury operations, and daily correspondence with banks.
- Communicate effectively with the Headquarters via English emails to ensure global alignment and timely reporting.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages based on IFRS and JGAAP using SAP and related data management systems. 
- Ensure accurate sales and AR recording in collaboration with shop staff and the retail department, guaranteeing appropriate input of sales data.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure the timely reporting of critical business information.
- Proactively communicate issues and propose solutions within the team and to other departments.
- Manage and lead a small team of 1-2 members, holding oneself and others accountablef or meeting commitments.  

必須要件
- BA/BS degree. - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience and the ability to independently manage accounting operations and tax matters.
Working knowledge and experience with SAP is essential.
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing) for daily email correspondence with HQ.
- Small team leader experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a timeconstrained environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate and interface with all levels of an organization.
- Proven track record of high productivity and efficiency.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
