The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for assisting with the management of all the HR operations and strategies within a company. The HR Business Partner handles the day-to-day operations of the HR department and interaction with the company’s employees. The HR Business Partner assists with the administration of the HR policies, processes and programs. The HR Business Partner has responsibilities in the following functional areas:
departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relationships, benefits, compensation, organizational development and customer services.
