As an Application Engineer, you will support internal back office departments such as finance, accounting, human resources, legal affairs, and operations. You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of in-house developed business systems, third-party systems, and cloud service systems.

The Application Management team is dedicated to leveraging Microsoft solutions to support processes across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the team focuses on improving user experience and driving business efficiency across multiple internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, operate, and provide user support for internal systems, including:
- Financial accounting system
- Billing and payment management system
- Personnel management system
- Contract management system
- Marketing campaign execution data distribution system
- Printer and ink management system
- Creative design material management system
- Manage licenses and contracts.
Requirements/SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of programming experience in C#, Java, and JavaScript for L3 work.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage development vendors.
- Strong skills in proposing solutions to end users.
