Job description

  • Work with PR companies to promote the building of relationships with a wide range of media, from industry papers to national papers.
  • In order to create an attractive PR story, you will proactively communicate with key people inside and outside the company, grasp the essence of the issue, and select the most suitable method from all means to propose and execute.
  • In addition to media relations at the head office, you will be responsible for various interviews and filming at each property, mainly in the Kanto and Kansai regions, with the team sharing the responsibility.
  • Through businesses such as logistics real estate, data centers, and renewable energy, you will be involved in widely promoting our pupose, "Update our society," and building next-generation infrastructure and building corporate branding that promotes new value creation.
  • There are many situations where you will be required to respond to media and on-site interviews at completion ceremonies for logistics facilities nationwide, respond to local government officials, and communicate with local residents, so the ability to understand the business and stakeholders from a bird's-eye view and across the board, and the agility to visit the site are also important for this position.

Requirements

<Required work experience>

  • Public relations experience (3 years or more) at a business company or PR agency, or equivalent work experience

<Desired experience>

  • IR work experience
  • Experience working in the real estate or financial industry
  • Public relations experience at a global business company with its headquarters overseas
