Department Overview: The Management Department supports employees with diverse backgrounds across the headquarters, factories, and overseas subsidiaries. It plays a crucial role in addressing challenges related to supplying skilled personnel in line with management strategies and designing and operating an efficient labor system for the IPO. As the business and organization rapidly expand, we are seeking someone to join our HR team and take on the responsibility of talent acquisition to support ongoing business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and labor team members, the Strategic Planning Office, and various departments to contribute to achieving departmental business strategies and goals from a recruitment perspective.
• Specific tasks include:
  • Developing and implementing medium-term recruitment plans with department heads.
  • Handling HR tasks such as evaluations and employee development.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Over 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting, including recruitment planning, offer negotiations, and agent management.
• Experience in mid-career recruitment for engineers.

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting foreign employees.
