Brand.com Business Growth Management
• Ownership of EC Budget and Sales planning (including Product Novelty forecast)
• Develop new growth strategies for EC and lead the implementation, holistically collaborating across departments such as Digital Communication and CRM
• Implement initiatives to improve the Brand.com website, such as enhancing UI/UX, personalization, and AB testing hands-on.
• Lead to maximize the coming Rebranding (Brand Elevation) through the Customer Experience of the Brand.com Site.
• Keep up with market and consumer trends and eCommerce technologies.
• Develop 3-year Growth Plan for Brand.com
Brand.com Operation Management
• Monitor and analyze review web data of site performance and sales results, to optimize short-term performance and influence longer-term strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operational execution of Brand.com (Window promotions, EC exclusive measures, and other operations related to EC orders, including customer service issues.)
Organization
• Provide leadership and manage a team of 3 members, building a strong team with collaboration and customer-centricity.
Working experiences:
• 5+ years of business experience in e-commerce management
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• B to C experience in the retail of consumer goods
• Having the experience of organizing the PDCA process aligned with company goals
Languages:
•Native level in Japanese (Due to the nature of the work in copyright)
•Business fluency in English
Digital / IT skills:
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce technology and analytics
• Understanding of UI/UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion/traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
