Serve as the liaison for related systems in our direct-managed e-commerce (EC Platform, OMS, OMO, etc.).
Liaise with the global EC team.

Liaise with the Global Team regarding EC Platform Update
Promote the project as the EC side of an internal IT-related project (participate in various meetings, etc.)
Coordination with the Japan Team (EC, IT, Retail, etc.)
Negotiations and direction with local ECOM tool partners
Planning and coordination regarding the integration of various global EC tools
Responding to problems
Requirements
<Experience/Qualifications>
Experience in operating or building an EC platform (3 years or more) and experience working with a global team
Experience in building and operating an OMS/ERP is preferred
Experience in operating and building Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other EC-related apps is preferred (not required)
<Skills>
Hospitality skills to actively communicate with other departments
Ability to think with a diverse and broad perspective
<Language skills>
Business level English (You will be required to attend meetings with global teams)
For those whose native language is other than Japanese, in addition to the above, you must have N1 level Japanese Language Proficiency Test and have 2-3 years or more experience using Japanese in business situations
